Two-day 'kick-off' event at Takeda Belgium

What? A two-day kick-off meeting for Takeda, a leading pharmaceutical company, in Brussels. The theme of the event was PROUD2BE: over two fascinating days participants had the chance to create Takeda's collective story and shape it for the future.

This is what we did:

  • We took charge of the planning and organisation for the two-day kick-off event, while Takeda focused on the core business, programme content and interaction with participants.
  • We booked the hotel, meeting facilities, lunches and dinners.
  • We organised a dinner and party event on the theme "Shine & Gold".
  • On-site project management and troubleshooting.
  • Total event branding: red/white for the meeting, gold/shine for the evening event — from the breakfast buffet and coffee breaks to lunches and the evening dinner. 
  • We booked a live band and DJ and provided entertainment in line with the theme.
